The right of withdrawal only applies to end customers. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
First make sure the recipient address and contact information entered on the checkout page are correct. The goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days via UPS or DHL. It usually takes 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. You will be informed when the order has been shipped and given a tracking number.
If bulk goods are in stock, you can pick them up at the German location. If you can't in store pickup, we will negotiate shipping methods, please contact us and inform your import trade port before payment, we will calculate the freight for the order, and then you can pay for the shipping.
International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and other charges payable to the courier or government. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination countries.
You have a 14-day right of return. If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 14 days and make sure that the product can be reused. The buyer has to pay the shipping costs and other fees (e.g. customs). Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the item (s) within 24 hours.
