From 2 1/2-axis to 3-axis milling.Contains what is needed for 3-axis milling inclusive roughing, waterline finishing, planar finishing, pencil tracing, engraving and more.
This version includes advanced, automatic separation of toolpaths. With a suitable strategy for milling of relatively steep and flat areas, calculated from surface normals. We believe this is necessary to obtain high quality and efficient processing. It is possible to mill inside or inbetween one or more smaller areas by using region curves.
* Important * madCAM is a plugin for Rhino3D. It requires Rhinoceros to run. If you haven't got Rhino, you can download the evaluation version of Rhino from here.
