RichAuto DSP A15 Multi Spindle Motion Control System

The DSP A15 is a 3-axis motion controller with the unique ability to control up to 4 cylinders, making it an ideal choice for building multi-spindle CNC router machines. It features a standard 8-input, 8-output IO board and supports both floating and fixed tool alignment with adjustable position and speed, as well as automatic tool head spacing compensation and seamless tool switching. Key functions include 9 artifact coordinate systems, 8 breakpoint saves, broken tool detection, power-off memory, and manual high/low-speed switching. The system also comes with comprehensive alarm features (supporting drivers, inverters, emergency stops, and hard limits) and allows customizable stop status and position settings, providing enhanced control and flexibility.
